I found out that my garage door spring broke and I contacted IGD.
I sent them pictures of the garage door and they promptly replied back to me with their assessment.
I contacted other companies as well for comparison. IGD was very responsive in handling of their possible customers compared to others.
They won out over other competitors because they were more courteous and willing to satisfy their customers - they just did not take their potential customers for granted.
In the morning I had the disabled garage door and had it fixed in the evening - that was very easy process.
My main reasons for selecting IGD are;
1. Prompt response from the start to finish
2. Issac's professionalism and expertise in addition to his courtesy
3. Professionalism displayed by office representative.
4. On time show up at the repair site.
5.Price in line with other competitors
6. Their effort to better themselves
By the way they did not force their service on me and I like that.
I gave them 6 stars out of 5!
